**VFX Studio Manager**
- responsible for the efficient operation of our studio, overseeing daily studio operations, studio security, and coordinating IT and Pipeline needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- 1. Studio Operations:

- Manage and coordinate all daily studio operations (utilities, security, purchasing, maintenance, IT, cleaning)
- Coordinate with VFX and production teams to ensure seamless studio operations.
- Manage and maintain all physical and cyber security protocols.
- Manage purchasing and maintenance of all studio equipment
- Manage and maintain studio schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of space and resources.
- Management and development of the work space, layout planification and moving of the fabrication teams in collaboration with the production Directors;
- Management of miscellaneous tasks related to relocation of staff: traveling and housing reservations, car rentals, etc.
- Along with the IT team, management of the IT infrastructure of the studio. Planning of needs, and execution of purchasing procedures (stock, render farm, work stations, etc.);
- 2. Budget and purchasing management
- Collaborate with the Finance team to manage the studio's budget, including expense planning, tracking, and expense management.
- Along with the IT team, provide budgetary estimates related to development and infrastructure maintenance. Follow up with cost reports;
- Follow-up and report costs for any work space related expenses;
- 3. Marketing and Promotion:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the studio's services and capabilities.
- Create marketing materials, including portfolios and promotional content.
- Utilize various marketing channels, such as online platforms, social media, and industry events, to enhance the studio's visibility.
- 4. Event Management and Company Culture (in collaboration with HR team):

- Collaborate with the team to execute events that foster a sense of community and collaboration within the company.
- Promote team cohesion and team spirit by providing the team with any assistance necessary.

**Required Qualifications**
- Proven experience in studio management, with a focus on VFX and/or Animation (min 3 years).
- Knowledge of VFX studio equipment and studio technologies.
- Strong project management skills and Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Financial ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
