An excellent opportunity as Growth Marketing is available now within a SaaS Tech startup that offers solutions for real estate agencies. As a Growth Marketer you will own the entire user lifecycle, with focus on demand generation. You are someone with strong analytical skills and experience in Digital Marketing and CRM.

**Funciones**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing plan to increase customer acquisition and engagement
- Developing and implementing data-driven growth marketing strategies to increase conversion rates and maximize customer acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Conducting a thorough analysis of user behavior, funnels, and customer journeys to identify opportunities for CRO and optimize key conversion points.
- Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels to drive traffic and conversions
- Manage and optimize the CRM lifecycle, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion to drive customer retention and loyalty
- Designing and executing A/B and multivariate testing experiments to optimize landing pages, user flows, and onboarding processes.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, product, sales, and client development to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals
- Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies - analyze competitor strategies and industry benchmarks to identify new growth opportunities

**Requisitos**:

- Minimum experience of 4 years in Growth Marketing, with proved track record of generation and engagement
- Proven experience promoting brands of digital products
- Experience with CRM lifecycle management
- Person with leading experience
- Strong Project management skills: with ability to lead and collaborate with other teams
- You are a curious person, driven and self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical skills and experience using data for business decisions
- High level of English and Spanish
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Hubspot & Google Analytics
- We need a very hands on person, creative, flexible, with experience in startups with accelerated growth
