**¿Cuál es el reto y qué tendrás que hacer?**

Buscamos a una persona comprometida y resolutiva que mediante el contacto y trabajo continuo con los diferentes departamentos (Desarrollo de negocio, Operaciones y Revenue, entre otros), pueda además de transformar y mejorar los procesos financieros, realizar las siguientes tareas:

- Análisis y elección de la herramienta y diseño del sistema de reporting financiero del grupo.
- Análisis de ingresos, gastos y rentabilidades de los activos operados por el grupo
(tanto nacional como internacional).
- Análisis de ingresos, gastos y rentabilidades de los negocios de restauración de la
compañía.
- Realización y actualización del modelo de proyecciones de la compañía.
- Seguimiento financiero de la compañía (resultados y gastos vs años anteriores + vs proyecciones) y análisis de desviaciones.
- Confección de presentaciones de resultados para administradores, socios y
stakeholders externos.
- Reporting a propietarios de edificios en gestión de la compañía.

**¿Qué buscamos?**

Experiência previa en auditoría o consultoría de mínimo 2 años.
- Nível alto/bilingüe en inglés.
- Visión analítica.
- Capacidad de comunicación y negociación con proveedores.
- Buen trabajo en equipo, capacidad de trabajo bajo presión y priorización de tareas.
