**Job Title: Field Sales Representative - Solar/Inverters/Energy storage sale**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the designated territory.
- Identify and prospect new customers, including solar installers, distributors, industrial clients, and end users, through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and advantages of Intens-Solar products.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to address customer needs and resolve inquiries or issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective customers, negotiating terms and closing deals effectively.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Intens-Solar products and network with potential customers and partners.
- Uphold the company's values, ethics, and standards of professionalism in all interactions and business dealings.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally within the renewable energy or solar industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
