**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Leading a team that delivers actionable results through your combination of business skills, statistical knowledge, and understanding of HR data
- Distilling complex analytical results into presentable, digestible, and actionable recommendations and insights for the HR teams and the Business
- Bridge the gap between the business strategy and technology enablers by understanding the HR teams and business needs, translating them into technical requirements to drive value-based data solutions
- Work with the business, IT, data engineers and data analysts to ensure that requested data and related process changes are implemented in a timely fashion
- Follow and maintain operational and control procedures as a part of an agile team
- Partner with lead analysts to explore, evaluate, recommend, and design new features and functionalities of our HR systems

**ABOUT YOU**
- Must-have: Solid professional experience as a member of data teams covering different aspects of HR-related technology solutions, demonstrable knowledge of HR processes and concepts, stakeholder management experience, and advanced command of Tableau
- Experience building processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload management
- Experience in eliciting and elaborating business requirements, collaborating with CoEs and IT, and supporting in the design of the technical solutions
- Excellent problem identification, analysis and solving skills
- Analytical, conceptual, and implementation skills
- Good communication and customer-facing skills, able to interact effectively with diverse groups of global stakeholders, both technical and business users
- Passion for learning without fear of failure in a passionate and agile team
- Proficient use of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Nice-to-have: SAP HR and/or Employee Central user experience, and advanced use of Power BI, MS Visio and MS Project.
