Nestlé’s People Analytics, Data & Planning (PADP) Product Group designs, develops, and shares the way Employee Data is entered, maintained and used within all HR systems, and we're looking for an IT HR Master Data Business Analyst to strengthen the team.

**Position Summary**:
As an IT HR Master Data Business Analyst you will serve as a liaison between the IT HR Master Data Product and its business stakeholders (People Analytics, HR Community, HR Data Community of Practice, HR Shared Service Centers). As a result of those liaisons, you will bring deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing Nestlé HR Data, Business Functions and Nestlé Users and advise on the best solutions for the development of IT HR Master Data and adoption of its best practices. You will further translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IT HR Master Data requirements, and play a key role within the product team to specify, test and deploy those as HR systems solutions.

**A day in the life of...**:

- Partner with Business and IT stakeholders to build strong relationships in order to elicit, analyse, translate and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into specifications for IT HR Master Data product portfolio,
- Translate the business requirements into product features while challenging stakeholders’ demands to maintain focus on IT HR Master Data products added value,
- Ensure maximum level of standardization, reutilization and leverage among all IT HR solutions,
- Help document and deliver training to the end users, deployment and support teams,
- Support the analysis and resolution of HR Master Data issues as part of the third level sustain,
- Track key success factors & best practices from active/previous IT HR Master Data initiatives. Make sure both are fully revisited at the beginning of any new project,
- Identify security & compliance requirements, including roles, associated with the business process and ensure they are considered in the solution design,
- Ensure that the training materials for the Product Group area are created and maintained up-to-date; oversee and ensure training is delivered to the end user trainers, and finally to the end users,
- Participate in managing HR Data Specialist Network and ensure that all IT HR Master Data activities in scope are executed in a timely manner and according to the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs),
- Help drive towards excellence by ensuring best practices are implemented and business/internal controls are in place, known, understood and followed,
- Support monitoring the efficiency of the operations and coordinating execution of Continuous Improvement initiatives.

**What will make you successful**:

- 2+ years of experience in managing HR Master Data, in HR Function and/or IT HR
- Knowledge and practice of global HRIS solutions is required; SAP HR and SF EC to be an asset,
- Solid knowledge of MS office, particularly Excel and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Experience working in Projects, and in virtual Teams,
- Excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies,
- Strategic and tactical thinking: you see the details and understand how it fits into the bigger picture,
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English,
- Experience in working with cultural diversity: respect for various cultures and understanding how to work with a variety of cultures in the most effective way,
- Experience with working in a global environment with virtual teams,
- Results focused and Innovative with a “can do” attitude,
- Adaptable, curious, flexible and dynamic while keeping a client-centric approach.
