**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Leading a team that delivers actionable results through your combination of business skills, statistical knowledge, and understanding of HR data
- Distilling complex analytical results into presentable, digestible, and actionable recommendations and insights for the HR teams and the Business
- Bridge the gap between by the business strategy and technology enablers by understanding the HR teams and business needs, translating them into technical requirements to drive value-based data solutions
- Work with the business, IT, data engineers and data analysts to ensure that requested data and related process changes are implemented in a timely fashion
- Follow and maintain operational and control procedures as a part of an agile team
- Partner with lead analysts to explore, evaluate, recommend, and design new features and functionalities of our HR systems

**ABOUT YOU**
- High level of professional experience; demonstrated knowledge/expertise in a data team covering different aspects of technology solutions
- Experience in eliciting and elaborating business requirements, collaborating with CoEs and IT, supporting in the design of the technical solutions
- Excellent problem identification, analysis and solving skills
- Stakeholder management experience plus close relationship with data and business analysts
- Experience building processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload management
- Analytical, conceptual, and implementation skills
- Passion for learning without fear of failure in a passionate and agile team
- Proficient with data visualization in Tableau, Power BI as nice to have
- Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of MS Visio and MS Project as a nice to have
- Desirable user experience in SAP HR and/or Employee Central
- Good communication and customer facing skills, able to interact effectively with diverse groups of global stakeholders, both technical and business users

It combines a scalable digital platform with local service delivery, to offer excursions, activities, tickets and transfers in more than 50 countries worldwide. There are over 130,000 ‘things to do’ in all major holiday and city destinations, which are distributed through B2B partners, via the Musement and TUI websites and direct to TUI customers. We also offer services to cruise lines through Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services in ports worldwide. TUI Musement sold around 10 million excursions, tours and activities delivered by our international colleagues located around the world and is one of the major growth areas of TUI Group.

In 2018, TUI’s Tours & Activities division acquired Musement, a leading traveltech start-up.
