La figura de Systems Administrator es la responsable de realizar las actividades relacionadas con la gestión y el soporte de los servicios de sistemas de información que proveemos desde el departamento de IS/IT.
Además, coordina los proyectos relacionados con infraestructuras de sistemas de la información tanto a nível nacional como internacional.
¿Cuáles serían las funciones a desarrollar?:
- Planificar e implementar las diferentes fases de los proyectos relacionados con network, servidores, infraestructuras IS/IT y servicios locales.
- Gestionar la telefonía móvil y fija, así como los elementos de conectividad que componen los servicios de comunicaciones.
- Asegurar las actividades necesarias en materia de seguridad de la información relacionadas con las infraestructuras y los servicios IS/IT
- Coordinarse con equipos internos o externos cuando se trata de un proyecto internacional liderado desde España.
- Gestionar la mejora continua y las lecciones aprendida.
- Analizar y seguimiento de KPIs y métricas en línea con las certificaciones ISO 20K e ISO 27K
¿Qué perfil buscamos?
- Técnico/a senior con experiência de al menos 5 años
- Experiência de al menos 3 años en gestión de proyectos de sistemas de la información.
- Inglés medio/alto
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Muy deseable contar con certificaciones en ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco o similares.
- Otras habilidades:
- Dotes de comunicación y facilidad de trato al cliente.
- Buenas habilidades de pensamiento lateral.
- Liderazgo, iniciativa, proactividad y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
