Culinary Operations Manager

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and success-oriented Culinary Operations Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the culinary operations of our partner. You will be in charge of establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, reviewing the quality of food produced in our partner's kitchens, monitoring operational performance both remotely and on-site, and developing the culinary skills of our clients' employees.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead the opening of new locations, organize product tests, and manage relationships with suppliers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with our clients, acting as their main point of contact and providing excellent customer service in the field of culinary operations.
- Conduct regular audits in our partner's kitchens to ensure the quality of the food produced, following the standards established by our company (KPIs).
- Supervise the performance of culinary operations, identifying areas for improvement, and offering effective solutions to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Provide technical assistance and support to our clients, both remotely and on-site, to resolve any issues or inquiries related to culinary operations.
- Develop and lead training programs to enhance the culinary skills of our clients' employees through training sessions, practical demonstrations, and constructive feedback.
- Participate in the opening of new locations, ensuring that all culinary operations are carried out according to established standards and guidelines.
- Organize and supervise product tests, collaborating closely with marketing and product development teams.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate agreements, and ensure timely supply of high-quality products.
**Requirements**:
- Strong experience in culinary operations management roles, preferably in the food and services industry.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in the field of gastronomy and culinary operations.
- Demonstrated skills in managing customer relationships and providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to efficiently supervise and manage culinary operations, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate the team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to establish solid relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Willingness to travel as required and to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Passion for food and a desire to continue learning and developing in the culinary industry.
