**Job Title**: Housekeeping Manager

**Location**: Middle East - Anonymous 4* Hotel

**Salary**: Starting from €3,000 + service charge in high season

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English (CV must be in English)
- Previous experience in a housekeeping management role, preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products
- Ability to train, motivate, and supervise housekeeping staff
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and hotel management software preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including room cleaning, laundry, and public area maintenance
- Planning and organizing work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources
- Recruiting, training, and supervising housekeeping staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback
- Setting and enforcing quality and cleanliness standards to meet or exceed guest expectations
- Inspecting guest rooms and public areas regularly to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards
- Ordering and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities
- Coordinating with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to address guest needs and maintain smooth operations
- Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests related to housekeeping
- Monitoring and controlling departmental expenses to meet budgetary goals
- Ensuring compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Reporting and documenting any maintenance issues, damages, or incidents

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From 3,000.00€ per month
