We seek a very energetic, creative and strategic Brand Content Marketing Executive to join our team.

This position will have the support of copywriters but requires a very creative thinker with excellent writing skills, a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, a passion for storytelling and excellent interpersonal skills to be the point of contact for different departments and stakeholders.

**Summary of role**

This is an exciting opportunity for skilled content marketers to join a dynamic team and grow as part of a division in a successful multi-national education company.

The role covers the full breadth of the marketing mix, including delivering marketing campaigns, working across channels, coordinating with market activities, and developing a strategy that brings together schools and students to create engaging content.

You will be a confident communicator and self-directing, working as part of the content and creativity team and working closely with internal and external stakeholders. You will need to quickly build rapport with colleagues to deliver marketing activities to key audiences.

**Roles and responsibilities**
- The Brand Content Executive collaborates with cross-functional teams, including markets, paid media, and B2B and B2C sales, to ensure the content aligns with ESL's objectives and brand messaging.
- Bring ideas, create and manage the ESL content calendar and publishing schedule, to ensure timely content delivery across all platforms.
- Monitor and analyse content performance using analytics tools to identify trends, optimise content strategy, and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing, SEO, and digital marketing techniques.
- Assist in developing and implementing content promotion and distribution strategies within KLG channels.

**Qualifications** Essential**:

- An undergraduate degree or five years of relevant work experience
- Passionate about content with experience in content and brand marketing
- Strong communication skills in English
- A dynamic individual who excels at fostering collaboration and building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Commercially minded and able to produce successful digital campaigns that adhere to brand guidelines
- Experience in digital marketing
- Highly organised, capable of achieving marketing goals and adept at working on their own initiative to plan, prioritise and deliver results
- Ability to analyse and report results and then optimise activities
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Meticulous attention to detail

**Desirable**:

- Experience on social media channels
- Capable of using new tools
- Knowledge or experience of the international language learning industry and/or tourism
- A degree in marketing or CIM qualification
