**Dein Job als Guest Relation Manager (m/w/d)**:
Im Urlaub mit ROBINSON gilt: „share the moment“ und genau da setzt dein Job als Guest Relation Manager/in an. Du bist dafür verantwortlich, dass es unseren Gästen gut geht und sie viele unvergessliche Momente und Eindrücke aus dem Urlaub mitnehmen. Du bist der Ansprechpartner bei Wünschen ebenso wie bei Reklamationen. Auch wenn es mal schwierig wird, verlierst du dein Lächeln nicht. Als perfekter Gastgeber hast du deine Augen immer überall und kümmerst dich liebevoll um das Wohl aller Gäste. Durch deine strenge Qualitätskontrolle erkennst du mögliche Probleme oft schon bevor sie auftreten und kannst sie vorher lösen. Mit deiner positiven und professionellen Arbeitsweise gelingt es dir, Reklamationen vorzubeugen, sodass es unseren Gästen an nichts fehlt.

**Für deinen neuen Job als Guest Relation Manager (m/w/d) solltest du dein Ich und Folgendes mitbringen**:

- Ausbildung im Dienstleistungsgewerbe
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im touristischen Außendienst
- Deutsch sowie gutes Konversationsenglisch
