**Job Summary**

The **Guest Services Team Leader** reports to the Guest Services Manager and provides a very high level of guest service and satisfaction to our valued guests of the hotel.
- Have a minimum of three (3) years experience in a Junior Management position or similar capacity
- Must possess minimum a Supervisory Management certification from a reputable Institution
- Have experience in Sales/Guest Relation or Customer Service preferable in the hospitality industry
- Be be able to prioritize Guests needs and offer exceptional Customer Service
- Have excellent Time Management skills
- Have outstanding Human Relations and Problem Solving Skills.
- Possess excellent Leadership and Motivational Skills to manage a dynamic Team
- Be able to communicate well at all levels
- Have a high level of computer literacy and knowledge of Resort Data Processing (RDP) Software would be an asset
- Innovative, creative and Hands on approach to Management. Must be able to “think on ones feet.”
- Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Be talented and creative inclusive of detailed wedding planning and attention to details and special requests
- Have positive work ethics and attitude
- Be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidaysThe ability to speak a foreign language would be an asset
