**Job Summary**

This cheerful, quick, multi-skilled Colleague is accountable to the Front Office Manager. S/he is in a team that meets and greets Guest first. S/he ensures the guests are checked and settled into their rooms in a quick efficient manner.

**Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Ensures that the welcoming of Guests and disembarkation, luggage, champagne, swift check-in and efficient, friendly transfer to their rooms are done to standard.
- Briefly orientate guest of resort activities upon arrival; such as dinner reservations, in-room directory, nurse's services
- Ensures accurate room charges are applied to category
- Ensures registration cards are properly filled-out
- Ensures guest portfolio are updated accurately in a timely manner
- Have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience.
- Possess a Diploma in Hospitality Management or its equivalent.
- Possess excellent Time Management, outstanding Human Relations and Problem solving skills.
- Posses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have keen eyes for details
- Be knowledgeable of Guest travel and airline flight operations.
- Be highly customer service oriented.
- Be innovative, Creative and Hands-On approach to management.
- Have the ability to build, train and manage a dynamic team.
- Be willing to work flexible hours and days of the week
