The Management team of the Dean’s Office at IE School of Science and Technology is looking for a coordinator in charge of transversal projects. **Job Overview**:
As the Transversal Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating and coordinating interdisciplinary projects within the IE School of Science and Technology. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving innovation through collaborative initiatives. You will work closely with staff, faculty, researchers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of transversal projects that span across different scientific disciplines and technology domains.

- Collaborate with faculty members and research teams to identify and develop transversal projects that align with the school's strategic goals.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets to ensure successful and timely completion.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Facilitate communication and collaboration among diverse stakeholders, including faculty, researchers, industry partners, and external collaborators.
- Act as a liaison between different departments and research groups to promote a seamless flow of information and resources.

**Resource Management**:

- Work with project teams to identify and allocate resources, including personnel, funding, and equipment, to support successful project execution.
- Collaborate with relevant administrative departments to ensure the availability of necessary resources.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and outcomes.
- Generate regular reports for internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on project status and achievements.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in project delivery.
- Identify and address potential challenges or risks that may impact project success.

Qualifications:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor´s Degree.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, and good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Previous experience in Project Coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, **Excel** and PowerPoint).
- Availability from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m..
- A track record of customer interface, excellent organization skills and a proactive attitude.
