Our **Customer Projects organization** is focused on ensuring excellent customer experience and meeting projects portfolio business targets by continuously improving our delivery processes and tools.

We are a diverse and high performance team located across EMEA, we enable effective deployment of Eaton technology solutions in segments such as Datacenter, Energy Transition and T&D Utilities.

The **Customer Projects Controller** will drive project delivery teams to implement systematic risk management practices and stablish a lean review and reporting system for project performance.

These are the main activity areas for the Project Controller:
**Projects portfolio Risk management**:

- Lead project review process design and gradual deployment within project execution teams.
- Risk review process systematic implementation for Customer projects including operational risk mitigation and contingency planning during tendering phase.
- Supervise Risks and Opportunities mapping by PMs during project lifecycle.

**Project performance management and forecast**:

- Review work breakdown structure design during tender phase and order booking to ensure adherence to Rev recognition regulation
- Review and validate Rev recognition assumptions performed by PM teams during project reviews\
- Support BU and finance team to consolidate monthly SIOP and Revenue forecast including up/downside.
- Contribute to scope management anlaysis during key projects review

**T&Cs commercial negotation**:

- Support tendering team to route legal and financial request for support.
- Translate guidance from contract management and finance teams into operational and commercial mitigation plan.
- Support Supply chain and project team to deal with custom T&Cs negotiation with 3rd party suppliers and subcontractors.

**Qualifications**:
**Education level required**:

- Finance/Business Operations with commercial experience (T&Cs negotiaiton)
- Also possible Engineering profile with Commercial background

**Years and area of experience required**:

- 10+ years of relevant business experience working with Project portfolio in multinational environment

**Technical knowledge**:

- Risk management expertise on project business in electrical industry
- Project performance review experience focusing on commercial and financial exposure quantificaiton and mitigation
- Solid knowledge of commercial T&Cs interpretation.
- Ability to translate contract Mgt team analysis into negotiation position towards customer and suppliers.
- Financial planning, forecasting and reporting experience required
- Strong analytical, financial modelling and business valuation skills
- Numerical and analytical but with ability to translate vast data into meaningful and concise/conclusive business insights
- Demonstrated business process improvement mindset (Six Sigma Green Belt is a nice to have)

**Skills**:

- Pragmatic and structured approach to problem solving
- Continuous improvement mindset focusing on short term actions
- Solid communication skills - ability to sintetize complex information- Works well under pressure and be good at managing multiple tasks within demanding timelines
- Good oral and written communication and presentration skills in English (knowledge of German and French is a plus)
- Cultural awarness to drive effective communications across diverse teams within EMEA
