Desde **Melt Group** buscamos un **SERVICE COORDINATOR **para una empresa contratista general especializada en todo tipo de proyectos de construcción y mantenimiento para clientes internacionales de lujo en Europa, especialmente en el sector Retail.

Misión:
Garantizar que los servicios de mantenimiento y reparación se proporcionen de manera efectiva y eficiente para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente, manteniendo un alto nível de aseguramiento de calidad y comunicación para gestionar las expectativas del cliente.

**Responsabilidades del trabajo**:

- Gestión de intervenciones y reparaciones dentro de tiendas minoristas.
- Recepción de órdenes de trabajo a través de aplicaciones web.
- Coordinación de trabajos y proyectos con nuestros técnicos.
- Gestión de la relación con el cliente y proporcionar una comunicación clara tanto con nuestros clientes como con nuestros proveedores.
- Mantener el alto nível de calidad.
- Trabajar dentro de los presupuestos y plazos de cada asignación.
- Garantizar que todas las reparaciones cumplan con las expectativas del cliente.
- Establecer estrategias para cumplir con las demandas de trabajo y plazos.
- Gestionarás la parte técnica en construcción o mantenimiento, aunque es un trabajo puro de oficina: aplicación web, teléfono y videoconferencia.

**Requisitos del trabajo**:

- Se requiere un nível educativo de FP así como graduados universitarios de carreras técnicas relacionadas con la construcción y con el mantenimiento de instalaciones (arquitectura técnica, ing. de edificación, ing. técnica industrial, etc).
- Experiência en mantenimeinto de instalaciones industriales, esto son superficies comerciales grandes cuyas instalaciones son de amplia complejidad y volumen (clima, electricidad, etc.).
- Buena capacidad de relación para tratar con proveedores y clientes, y capacidad de organizar bien el trabajo administrativo.
- Experiência en coordinar el trabajo de diferentes equipos.
- Capacidad para trabajar colaborativamente para obtener información y resolver problemas en apoyo de los objetivos del equipo.
- Capacidad para entregar calidad a través de la atención al detalle.
- Dominio de Excel (MS Office).

- Normalmente, entre las 8 a.m. y las 6 p.m. de lunes a viernes. Este puesto requiere la capacidad de adaptar su horario laboral a las necesidades comerciales, incluido trabajar los fines de semana según sea necesario, lo que sería recompensado adicionalmente.
