We are currently recruiting for a Global Benefits Manager. In this key role, your primary responsibility will be leading and supporting:

- ** Canada and Latin America benefit program design and management**:

- ** Global Wellbeing and Flexible Workplace benefit program design and management**:

- ** Global Retirement program governance**

You will plan and design the implementation, communication, and administration oversight. As well as be accountable to lead outside vendors and collaborate with internal partners (HR employee relations, legal, finance and payroll teams) to achieve desired business results. This position will report to the Associate VP, HR Benefits.

**Major responsibilities include**:
**Canada and Latin America (Brazil & Mexico)**
- Benchmark benefits programs through participation in surveys and peer networking.
- Analyze data for trends, utilization, cost drivers, and savings opportunities which align with Agilent's benefits philosophy and long-term strategy.
- Develop the design & recommendations of new or revised programs.
- Partner and drive benefit program communications to optimize program awareness and utilization.
- Keep abreast of legislative requirements with respect to benefit programs, and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance.
- Support annual strategy/RFPs and budgeting.
- In collaboration with local HR, handle the relationship with our local brokers and consultants**.**

**Global Wellbeing and Flexible Workplace**
- Partner with regional Benefits and other HR team members to develop, implement and communicate a portfolio of wellbeing and flexible workplace programs supporting employee needs.
- Drive benefit program communications to optimize program awareness and utilization.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure effective service and cost.
- Benchmark benefits programs through participation in surveys and peer networking.
- Analyze benefit program data for trends, utilization, cost drivers, and savings opportunities which align with Agilent's benefits philosophy and long-term strategy.
- Develop the design & recommendations of new or revised programs.
- Stay abreast of legislative requirements with respect to benefit programs, and work with internal and external collaborators to ensure compliance.
- Support annual strategy/RFPs and budgeting.

**Global Retirement Programs**
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Agilent’s non-US retirement plan provisions and requirements.
- Partner with Finance, local HR and administrative teams to develop a governance framework which ensures role transparency across pension and defined contribution retirement program operations, administration and data management.
- Project manager for annual audit activities, serving as the primary contact between outside auditors and internal partners to ensure requests are completed timely and financial controls are documented.
- Ensure retirement programs are in compliance with applicable legislation.
- Partner and assist with the design, development, implementation, and administration of global retirement programs.
- May provide support with employee communications and guidance with respect to critical issues in the retirement benefit programs when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven benefits experience including knowledge of retirement and wellbeing programs
- Consistent record in leading/delivering successful benefits programs
- Strong project management, consulting and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Established vendor leadership skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Very strong financial, analytical and audit skills; strong command of Excel
- Shown experience working in a global environment for medium to large size companies
