**Job Description**:
The Supply Chain Excellence Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence within the supply chain organization. This role involves developing and implementing strategies, processes, and initiatives to optimize supply chain operations, increase efficiency, costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
This role is also responsible to develop & implement the PMO strategy across E2E supply chain.
Key Responsibilities- Supply Chain Excellence Strategy- Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain excellence strategy aligned with the operations corporate excellence strategy & organization's goals and objectives.-
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure supply chain performance and establish improvement targets.-
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry best practices to identify opportunities for operational excellence.-
- Process optimization- Assess existing supply chain processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvement initiatives.-
- Streamline and standardize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and eliminate waste.-
- Implement lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.-
- Performance Measurement & Analysis- Establish a robust performance measurement system to monitor and analyze key supply chain metrics.-
- Develop and implement dashboards and reports to track and communicate performance against targets.-
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and recommend appropriate actions.-
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, under E2E supply chain but also including procurement, operations, IT and finance, to optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align goals, drive collaboration & continuous improvement mindset.-
- Risk Management and Resilience- Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the supply chain and develop risk mitigation strategies.-
- Implement measures to enhance supply chain resilience and ensure business continuity.-
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies to proactively address future supply chain challenges.-
- Training and Capability Development- Develop and deliver training programs & tools to enhance supply chain capabilities and knowledge within the organization.-
