**Vacancy: Supply Chain and S&OP Excellence Project Manager**

The Supply Chain and S&OP Excellence Project Manager will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and driving continuous improvement projects within the Supply Chain functions (S&OP, Raw Material Planning, Warehouse, Distribution) across all sites and franchises, including China. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying improvement activities and project management for identified streams from design to implementation
  • Ensuring the right level of stakeholder management and on-time delivery of project goals
  • Supporting the design of the overall Supply Chain and S&OP improvement plan
  • Leading implementation of sub-streams and taking full ownership for delivery against targets for relevant sub-streams
  • Aligning with internal stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and drive projects for improvements
  • Running process improvement workshops to identify and close process gaps
  • Training team members on project management, analytics, and data-driven improvements
  • Ensuring adequate and sustainable capability building of teams and individuals involved
  • Steering and optimally leveraging external consultants where relevant in the process

**Requirements**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Management, or Supply Chain. A Master's degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a multi-national setup within Supply Chain (operations or project management role) or consulting/business analyst background. Fluency in English (both oral and written) is required, and Spanish is a plus. Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization are essential.
