**Tus tareas**:
**Job Overview**
As the Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the seamless operation of ourtechnology solutions by liaising with external development partners. You will be responsible for ensuring their performance meets our standards and effectively handling fluctuations in demand that may arise throughout the year. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our technical office to ensure a deep technical understanding of the systems and work with the quality assurance team to maintainexcellence in project deliverables.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Vendor Relationship Management**:
- Collaborate with external development partners to ensure alignment with company goals and performance expectations.
- Monitor, evaluate, and manage the performance of development vendors, addressing any issues promptly.
- Facilitate regular meetings and communication channels with vendors to maintain a strong working relationship.
- Define clear and measurable Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure that vendors
- consistently meet SLA commitments and take corrective actions when necessary.
**Demand Management**:
- Forecast and prepare, together with the Project Management Office, for fluctuations in
- technology demands, coordinating with vendors to scale resources as needed.
**Technical Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the technical office to gain a deep understanding of our systems, infrastructure, and technology stack.
- Ensure that the vendor's work aligns with our technical requirements and standards.
**Quality Assurance**:
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to establish and maintain rigorous quality standards for all technology deliverables.
- Conduct regular reviews of project outputs to ensure they meet established criteria.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to establish and maintain rigorous testing and quality control processes for ongoing maintenance activities.
**Application Maintenance**:
**Cost Control and Efficiency Optimization**:
- Monitor and analyze development costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with vendors to optimize resource allocation and budget utilization.
- Continuously assess and benchmark vendor pricing and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Implement strategies to improve the overall cost-efficiency of technology development projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
**Reporting and Performance Metrics**:
- Establish and maintain comprehensive reporting mechanisms to track the performance of development vendors.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure vendor performance and quality.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present them to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement in technology development processes.
