**Description**:
In this dynamic role, you'll interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility in Barcelona and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products and/or services.

We’re on the lookout for a **Spanish-speaking Customer Service Sales Representative (On-site) **to join our team of game-changers who engage with customers from top brands that could be from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, or another leading-edge industry.

**What you will do in this role**

As a **Customer Service Sales Representative** on our team, you will:

- Escalate potential service issues. To follow all the processes and procedures of the project
- Ensure contractual SLA is maintained

- Have a proficient or bilingual level in Spanish and advanced level of English
- Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment
- Have customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers’ needs and basic sales skills-Upselling and cross-selling
- Can take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolution

It will be a plus if you have:

- Sales background/experience
