**About the role**
As one of the key leaders of our Search Team, you will lead the search engagements across the company’s most senior and retained searches. You will be able to foresee and solve our clients’ most complex and high priority talent needs, and to represent our brand at all levels. You will be a key stakeholder both internally and externally, as you will be responsible for leading and coaching other team members and for managing the relationship with our clients.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Accounts management and development - you will be responsible for building strong, long-standing relationships with our clients by advising, aligning, and offering solutions to them. You will also be responsible for presenting a compelling picture of the realities of the talent marketplace, and for influencing our clients on best hiring strategies.
- Business development - you will foresee our clients’ future talent needs and you will tackle these in a highly strategical manner together with them.
- Lead and supervise end-to-end search delivery - you will be responsible for getting highly involved in any client-related activities, and for leading the search team for different projects.
- Devise the right strategy for each search together with our Research & Knowledge Management team and other team members.
- Participate in identifying the right talent for each search via referrals and by collaborating with our Research & Knowledge Management team (as they complete all database and online research).
- Consistently achieve revenue targets.
**Requisitos**:
- +10 years of experience in executive search - including headhunting from Senior Directors to C-level profiles and client relationship management responsibilities. Ideally, you should have already progressed in your career to more leadership roles.
- Strong consistent track record of delivery against highly confidential, strategic, and complex senior executive search assignments with blue chip companies.
- Deep, sound familiarity with the FMCG space, as well as with the Tech, Pharma, and Retail sectors - broad knowledge regarding one or two of the main functions (General Management, HR, Finance, Sales/Commercial, Marketing and Supply Chain and Procurement) with consumer goods and/or industrial companies is desirable.
- Passion for pursuing excellence across all levels - you should be able to deliver exceptional results on behalf of our clients, and to show up as a thought and inspirational leader.
- Ability to lead and supervise multiple projects at once, and to manage and coach other team members.
- Succinct and polished communication skills - you should be capable of presenting information in a compelling way to a wide range of stakeholders and audiences.
