This role is located in Madrid within our nutrition division

Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. **What You’ll Do**
- In-depth commercial insights have to be developed for the Brand, to feed into the Brand Plan process, within the Brand Team. Responsible to be appointed for the creation, execution and tracking of brand strategies and action plans to enable sales and MS goals achievement

- Contribute to Brand Strategic Planning (NNLRP and 1-year Plan strategy cycle), participating in Brand Team as directed by BTL, by developing views on Brand issues and competitive positioning, customer segments and their needs and detailing Brand/commercial strategies with specific timelines, budgets and stakeholder responsibilities, aligned with Brand Team direction
- Translate strategy to implementation tactics (including 1-year Tactical Plan development) with optimal management of resource mix, communicate clearly and allocate responsibilities to cross functional team members and in-field team (e.g. product messaging by physician segment) in coordination with BTL and Brand Team.
- Expand the product market through innovative commercial programs, opinion leader development, physician and patient education
- Monitor Key Performance Indicator results and feedback and propose strategic planning/tactics adjustment including inputs for forecasting, tracking and budgeting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers including KOLs as designated by Brand Team and identify new opportunities and ways to better meet customer needs
- Work effectively within crossfunctional structure by collaborating with multidisciplinary Brand Team Members and by participating in Brand Team meetings such as Quarterly KPI reviews and planning processes as directed by BTL.
- Sales Forecasting, monthly ADS revision and long term forecasting

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor Degree (B.S)
- Experience in healthcare industry, preferably in a sales capacity
- Experience in a Product Manager role
- Deep understanding of the healthcare environment and the therapeutic area
- Marketing experience
- Good knowledge of English

- Knowledge of market, competition, customer base, distribution channels
