The Service Dispatcher Iberia is responsible for_ _frictionless coordination between our Iberian Field Service Team and our customers. Is in charge of all the logistics & communication between all stakeholders regards service & maintenance and will be located in Bilbao.

**In this role, a typical day will look like**:

- Scheduling Field Service Technicians for different kind of services (future scheduling, gaps scheduling, rescheduling, repairs)
- Ensure service execution with defined KPI's (OTD)
- Taking ownership of dispatching schedule
- Creatively finding solutions for ad hoc interventions/challenging situations
- Work constantly on Dispatch Optimizations (Routing, visit durations)
- Communication in a European and distributed team
- Activating contracts in the Service Software, to ensure optimized visit plans
- Build and optimise dispatching for multiple instruments PM contracts in the service software

**The essential requirements of the job include**:_ _**
- Dispatching experience
- Understanding service work and customer interactions
- Good written and spoken English skills, native level of Spanish a must-have, Portuguese is a big plus.

El Service Dispatcher Iberia es responsable de la coordinación y planificación entre nuestro equipo de técnicos de campo y nuestros clientes en España y Portugal. Está a cargo de toda la logística y la comunicación entre todas las partes interesadas en servicios y mantenimientos. Estarás ubicado en nuestra oficina de Derio.

**Así es un día de trabajo en este puesto**:

- Programar a los Técnicos de Servicio de Campo para diferentes tipos de servicios (programación futura, cubrir gaps en calendarios, reprogramación, reparaciones).
- Asegurar la ejecución del servicio con los KPI's definidos (OTD).
- Asumir la responsabilidad de la planificación.
- Encontrar soluciones creativas para las intervenciones y situaciones difíciles.
- Trabajar constantemente en la optimización de la planificación (rutas, duración de las visitas).
- Comunicación dentro un equipo europeo.
- Activación de contratos en el nuestro software de servicios, para asegurar planes de mantenimiento optimizados.
