We are looking for a **Field Service Engineer** in** Spain**, responsible for providing field service support in the North of the Country. Within the Iberia team of 5 Field Service Engineers, you will represent around 100 customers and 120 instruments.

**In this role you will**:

- Handle installations and customer training.
- Perform routine standard procedures to isolate and fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software
- Provide support on company product instrumentation.
- Work closely with the Technical support team to address customer complaints to resolve corrective action and customer follow-up
- Document and report the company's product "design reliability" and "maintenance issues" and/or problems to technical support.

**Key requirements**:

- Technical High School with 2-4 years of related work experience OR Technical-Scientific degree (Mechanical, Software, Electronics, Biomedical...) with 1-2 years of work experience
- Proficient in Spanish and English is required. Portuguese or Catalan would be a plus
- Willing to travel frequently on the region, but also in all Spain or Portugal if needed

**It would be a plus if you**:

- Have previous experience in a hospital environment
- Have Excellent time management skills, orientation to details, precision and accountability
