**Job scope**:
At Nadella Group we’re looking to bring on board a talented Sales Engineer who can help aid our growth and introduce our product to more clients.

You’ll be working closely with our International Sales Director and with the development team to implement the defined sales strategy and advise on how to improve our client experience.

As you’ll often be attending client meetings and travelling between locations, flexibility is essential in this role

**Position Summary**:

- Reaching out to potential prospects to grow our client base
- Travelling to client locations to create and maintain strong relationships
- Upselling products and services to existing clients
- Provide commercial and technical quotations
- Offer technical support to customers and customer service
- Application engineering, calculate and size linear motion products based on customer project requirements
- Assure technical Sales support for our sales staff, Rep.’s, and Distributors
- Provide product training to Customers,
- Attend and work at trade shows a couple times per year

**Job Requirements**:

- 3-5 years outside sales experience selling linear motion components and automation systems preferred.
- Mechanical and Mechatronics engineering degree preferred.
- Driven, self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point, Quick Books, CAD and CRM
- English fluent
- Must be able to travel 25 - 50%. (Some international travel)
- Resident in Spain
