**TÉCNICO ESPECIALISTA MANTENIMIENTO - MELIA BARAJAS / ALAMEDA AEROPUERTO AFFILIATED BY MELIA**

El Hotel Melia Barajas precisa incorporar un TÉCNICO/A ESPECIALISTA EN MANTENIMIENTO que de servicio en los dos hoteles de la Marca en la zona del aeropuerto. Ambos hoteles se encuentran en la Avenida de Logroño y están situados a 5 minutos.

**Tu misión** **como Técnico/a de Mantenimiento será la de ejecutar las tareas que le han sido asignadas por parte del Engineering Manager, de los dos hoteles de acuerdo a las instrucciones y estándares recibidos.

**Funciones del puesto**:

- Realizar las tareas asignadas relativas a cumplimiento de normativa técnico-legal siguiendo las directrices que recibe
- De acuerdo con las instrucciones recibidas, ejecutar todos los trabajos programados de mantenimiento preventivo siguiendo los estándares de calidad, tiempo, seguridad y estética establecidos para cada caso.
- De acuerdo con las instrucciones recibidas, ejecutar las tareas de mantenimiento correctivo siguiendo los estándares de calidad, tiempo, seguridad y estética establecidos para cada caso.
- Es integrante del equipo de emergencias, por lo que debe acudir a cualquier señal de emergencia y cumplir con los procedimientos correspondientes para salvaguardar la integridad física de huéspedes y empleados, así como los bienes del hotel.
- Participar en los inventarios de almacén de mantenimiento a fin de verificar su correcta operación.
- Realizar las lecturas del consumo diario de energéticos, para conocer y asegurar el uso y rendimiento adecuado de las instalaciones.
- Identificar y proponer mejoras que optimizan la eficiencia en su puesto de trabajo.

**¿Qué buscamos?**
- Formación Técnica.
- Experiência mínima 2 años en una posición similar en establecimientos hoteleros.
- Conocimientos en electricidad. Valorable fontanería y climatización.
- Conocimiento de la normativa de seguridad.
- Persona organizada, resolutiva, con predisposición y facilidad de trabajo en equipo.
- Orientación al servicio al cliente.
- Alta vocación de servicio y atención a los detalles.
