El departamento de Ventas, de Conferencias y Catering es responsable de generar, solicitar, gestionar y contratar de forma reactiva principalmente consultas de MICE y grupos. Desarrollar oportunidades dentro de los segmentos, industrias y territorios asignados para Camiral Golf & Wellness. Superar los objetivos de ingresos y de noches de habitación personales y de equipo, actualizar la base de datos y los archivos llevados a cabo de manera profesional, discreta, exacta y rápida de acuerdo con los estándares esperados.

Tareas
- Entender el mercado local en general, los puntos fuertes y débiles de los competidores, las tendencias económicas, la oferta y la demanda y saber cómo vender en función de ellas.
- Gestionar y mantener la documentación adaptada en respuesta a la RFI y RFP del cliente. Preparar propuestas y contratos.
- Coordinar con el equipo de ventas y el personal del hotel el trabajo necesario para cerrar las ventas. Registrar, gestionar y mantener la correspondencia y las bases de datos.
- Ayudar al equipo con la correspondencia general, los correos electrónicos, las presentaciones y las tareas administrativas.
- Mantener un seguimiento actualizado de todas las actividades/proyectos completados y en curso en el departamento.
- Actualizar la carpeta de informes/seguimiento y hacer un seguimiento con el hotel para garantizar que el CD/CCD tenga acceso al último conjunto de informes.
- Coordinar la presentación de informes mensuales como el Informe de producción de noches de habitación, el Informe mensual de actividad de ventas, etc.
- Utilizar las habilidades de negociación y la capacidad de venta creativa para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos por el Director Comercial.
- Confianza para hacer una presentación a medida a un cliente potencial de forma efectiva utilizando una serie de habilidades de presentación.
- Informar al Director de Conferencias y Catering y realizar otras tareas para satisfacer las necesidades comerciales.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência previa en un puesto similar en un hotel de lujo.
- Se valorarán los conocimientos de golf.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación, organización y orientación al detalle.
- Dominio de inglés.
- Se valorará el conocimiento de francésImprescindible carnet de conducir y vehículo propio para acceder al Resort
