**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Education and qualifications**:
**Required**:

- Degree in the area of the experimental biomedicine (Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or Biomedicine )
- Master degree in the field of biomedicine.
- Experience in tissue and cell culture, organoids and epithelial cells.
- Knowledge in Cystic Fibrosis, adenosinergic receptors and related

- Experience in tissue and cell culture
- Experience in development of intestinal organoids and management of confocal microscopy
- Satisfactory level of spoken and written English is preferred.
- Experience in similar positions.
- Enthusiasm, motivation and engagement in research projects

**Main responsibilities and duties**:

- Write papers about Adenosinergic receptors and Cystic Fibrosis
- Maintenance of the cell culture and perform experiments FIS, RT-PCS, Western blot, immunohistochemistry.
- Data Base construction and maintenance.
