As a Head of Digital Marketing, your role will be key in designing leading and implementing the performance marketing strategy of the business, drive massive growth in user acquisition, activation, retention and referrals, regularly testing and optimising growth campaigns and marketing tactics (SEO; PPC/SEM; CRM)

They are now looking for an entrepreneurial, hungry, and hands-on Head of Growth to create, lead and expand their digital marketing department and set up their growth and acquisition strategy.
**What you’ll need to be successful**:
This role would suit an entrepreneurial person that is a strong strategist with excellent business acumen and comfortable in working in fast paced startup environments.
Hands-on attitude is a must as you will be the very first person in their marketing department and be excellent in paid marketing campaigns (PPC/SEM) and SEO optimisation.
Previous experience in building marketing department from scratch would be highly valued, especially within the digital space, ecommerce, marketplaces.
