Role DescriptionFocusEconomics is seeking a dynamic and data-driven Head of Marketing to lead and execute a marketing strategy primarily focused on demand generation and lead generation, while also enhancing our brand and communicating the value of our unique offerings. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing leader who thrives on analytics, creativity, and rapid execution. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with the sales, product, and research teams to drive measurable business growth.Responsibilities1. Demand and Lead Generation (Primary Focus)Design and execute demand generation strategies to attract high-quality leads and drive customer acquisition.Leverage digital channels such as SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising.Optimize lead management using marketing automation tools.Enhance conversion rates through A/B testing, performance analysis, and continuous improvements.2. Thought Leadership and Value CommunicationDevelop engaging content and campaigns to showcase the company’s value and reliability.Create educational materials (e.g., white papers, blogs, webinars) to establish FocusEconomics as a trusted industry leader.Enhance brand credibility by highlighting expertise, methodologies, and actionable insights.3. Marketing Analytics and ReportingEstablish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, ensuring ROI on every dollar spent.Provide regular reporting to the management team, identifying trends, successes, and areas for improvement.Use data to inform decision-making and refine marketing strategies.4.Brand Development and Market PositioningElevate FocusEconomics’ brand recognition within target markets, ensuring alignment with the company's mission.Oversee visual branding, messaging, and tone to create a consistent and professional market presence.Identify and execute opportunities for PR, partnerships, and sponsorships to increase visibility and credibility.5. Digital Presence and Website OptimizationOptimize the company website to enhance user experience and improve conversion rates.Manage SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.Oversee the creation of landing pages and content hubs tailored to target audience needs.6.
