**IT Support Technician**

OVERVIEW:
SERVICE DESK RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Troubleshoot and resolve end user hardware, software and network issues
- Respond to Help Desk support line and ticketing system
- Make-ready of equipment for new hires
- Schedule, ship and track equipment for repairs and delivery to end users
- Support network access including DHCP and DNS for end users
- Software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, FAQs, etc.
- Mange user accounts with Active Directory
- Track hardware/software through asset management system
- Manage different systems for user access and connectivity
- Manage the deployment of mobile devices
- Provide Tier II support

IT-SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Monitor virtual classrooms to check if everything is ok with delegates and instructors.
- Help delegates having issues to connect to the event, showing them how to reset passwords or how to address any other problems (audio etc).
- Show instructors how the different platforms work.
- Create all the virtual rooms according to our training planning (Zoom, Webex, Meets).
- Delegate attendance report management.
- Manage all recordings to make them available to delegates.
- As we also deliver in-class courses, it is necessary to rebuild machines according to each course specs, and also check whether the instructor has everything ready for the class.
- Management of devices in the office (printers, security cameras, screen TV etc)
- Prepare classrooms (tables, chairs, video projector, board and cameras) and also software & hardware, for both instructors and delegates.
- Network blackouts management.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must have good listening and communication skills, as direct executive interaction is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be fluent with MS Windows operating systems, Mac OSX and Apple IOS
- Experience with Microsoft Office 2013, 2016 and O365
- Experience with configuration with antivirus and other security tools
- Possess desire to keep up with technology
- Program Management
- Ability to multitask
- Basic networking skills and TCP/IP concepts
- Strong computer and printer troubleshooting skills
- Internet knowledge for accessing software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, FAQs, etc
- Troubleshoot, analyze, resolve, and document problems
- Must have the ambition to learn and excel in a rapidly growing, fast-paced environment.
- Very good command of English in order to hold frequent conversations with English native speakers (B2 level or higher is required).

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:
