Misión
Empresa de referencia en la distribución de materias primas del sector Life Science (Alimentación, Farmacia y Cuidado Personal) en el mercado español y portugués, busca un Financial Account Manager que será el responsable global de las finanzas de la filial (contabilidad, tesorería, fiscalidad y compliance).
Reporta a
Dirección de Operaciones de la Filial de Iberia y Dirección Financiera del Grupo.
Funciones y responsabilidades
1. Contabilidad de deudores y acreedores
- Registro de facturas de clientes y proveedores.
- Registro de movimientos bancarios, entrada de pagos, notas de crédito.
- Cobro de comisiones: revisión de listas de comisiones y emisión de facturas.
- Seguimiento de cobros y reclamación de clientes.
- Contabilización de gastos de explotación, coordinación de nóminas con proveedores de servicios externos, gastos de viaje y administración de tarjetas de crédito.
2. Tesorería y gestión de tesorería
- Gestión de las relaciones con los bancos.
- Entrada de pagos, gestión de domiciliaciones, conciliación de cuentas bancarias.
- Planificación y previsión de tesorería.
- En el futuro, gestión de divisas según el proceso del grupo a medida que la empresa amplíe sus actividades de compras internacionales.
3. Declaraciones de impuestos directos e indirectos y cumplimiento de la normativa
- Gestionar los procesos fiscales (incluidos el IRPF, el IVA, etc.), con el apoyo de asesores fiscales externos.
- Gestionar, preparar y presentar todos los informes fiscales locales pertinentes (SII, 111, 202, 303, 349, 592, Intrastat, Seguridad Social).
4. Procedimientos de cierre y control
- Responsable del cierre semestral y anual de los libros.
- Gestión de los procedimientos de cierre, incluidas las conciliaciones (volumen de negocios, inventario, etc.).
- Responsable de la finalización y presentación de las declaraciones legales en colaboración externa.
- En el futuro, preparación del presupuesto anual de costes.
- En el futuro, gestión de los procedimientos de auditoría con auditores externos.
