EHS and Facilities Engineer

This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: Bilingual EHS and Facilities Engineer for our Valencia office. This role is integral to ensuring compliance, safety, and the well-being of over 500 employees by combining expertise in EHS with efficient facilities management.
Key Responsibilities:
EHS and Occupational Safety:
- Implement Occupational Safety measures, conduct safety audits, and develop risk assessment protocols.
Industrial Hygiene:
- Manage programs for workplace health hazard identification and control.
Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology:
Occupational Medicine:
- Coordinate health programs and collaborate with medical professionals to manage health screenings and other health-related processes.
Facilities Management:
- Oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of the facility.- Act as the primary contact for building management, ensuring the timely resolution of facility-related issues.- Partner with RingCentral’s Global Safety and Security team to fortify office security measures and coordinate local emergency response efforts.- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and preparedness for emergency situations.- Monitor and address issues reported through the internal ticketing system, adhering to Service Level Agreements.- Deliver a high level of customer service and ensure a positive experience for employees.- A degree in Environmental Health, Safety Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional training, education, and experience in EHS practices and management.- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Occupational Medicine through a combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and professional experience.- Relevant certifications in EHS or Facilities Management are considered an asset.- At least 5 years of experience in EHS and facilities management with knowledge in the specific domains outlined.- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.
