Key Responsibilities:
  • EHS and Occupational Safety: Develop and implement Occupational Safety measures, conduct safety audits, and create risk assessment protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Industrial Hygiene: Manage programs for workplace health hazard identification and control, ensuring a healthy and safe work environment.
  • Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology: Apply ergonomic and psychosociological principles to enhance workplace conditions and support employee well-being.
  • Occupational Medicine: Coordinate health programs and collaborate with medical professionals to manage health screenings and other health-related processes.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of the facility, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Desired Qualifications:
  • A degree in Environmental Health, Safety Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional training, education, and experience in EHS practices and management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Occupational Medicine through a combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and professional experience.
  • Relevant certifications in EHS or Facilities Management are considered an asset.
  • At least 5 years of experience in EHS and facilities management with knowledge in the specific domains outlined.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.
