About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EHS and Facilities Engineer to join our team at RingCentral. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing Occupational Safety measures, conducting safety audits, and developing risk assessment protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into all aspects of our business.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and protocols.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of EHS-related activities and incidents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS and facilities management.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
