**What do we do?** We are a digital transport operator focusing on optimizing long-hauling in Europe. Thanks to our driver relay system that allows multiple drivers to switch between each other, we are improving the standard of trucking.

**Where are we?** We are based in Madrid, although we have a global scope. We have operations in Spain, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, the UK and France.

Our vision is to move the world's road freight in relays to accelerate the electrification agenda and improve drivers' life.

**Your Mission at Trucksters**

The Senior Sales Dev Representative holds a pivotal role that bridges the gap between lead generation and deal closure. This versatile position encompasses the responsibilities of both an SDR and an SR, focusing on engaging with leads, qualifying them, building relationships, and ultimately driving sales conversions. This hybrid role plays a vital part in the end-to-end sales process, from initial lead engagement to successful deal closure.

**Specific responsibilities for this role include**:

- Lead Qualification: Assess leads' interest, needs, and fit for the company's products or services, determining their potential as viable opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Foster meaningful relationships with leads, understanding their pain points, goals, and challenges to effectively address their needs.
- Value Proposition: Communicate the value proposition of the company's offerings, highlighting benefits and aligning solutions with leads' requirements.
- Negotiation and Closing: Transition from lead qualification to negotiation, effectively addressing objections, presenting pricing terms, and closing deals.
- KPI Achievement: Strive to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead conversion, revenue generation, and sales targets.
- Good Practices with CRM: Proficiently manage lead interactions, activities, and sales progress using CRM systems like Salesforce or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bulgarian.
- Active Listening skills: Ability to actively listen, understand leads' needs, and tailor solutions to address their specific pain points.
- Sales Acumen: A deep understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Relationship Management: Proficiency in building and nurturing relationships with potential customers, and stakeholders earning their trust and confidence.
- Negotiation Expertise: Strong negotiation capabilities to navigate pricing discussions, handle objections, and secure successful deals.
- Goal-Oriented Mindset: Driven by meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs, demonstrating a strong work ethic and determination.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, to manage lead interactions, track activities, and maintain accurate records.
