Fundada en 2009, CVE es un **productor** independiente (IPP) de **energías renovables** multi-energía y multi-país. Con sede en Francia, el grupo ha iniciado su desarrollo internacional en 2014 y está ahora presente en Chile, Estados Unidos, Sudáfrica y desde un año en España.

CVE desarrolla, financia, construye y opera plantas **fotovoltaicas**, **hidrogeno** y unidades de **biogás**, con una clara visión estratégica: satisfacer las necesidades energéticas y ambientales de empresas y comunidades con energía local distribuida (proyectos conectados en distribución y autoconsumo) suministrada en base a un modelo de **venta directa.**

Hoy, con **866 millones** de euros invertidos en nuestros activos fotovoltaicos que representan **640MWp** y que permiten generar **1,1 TWh** al año, CVE está experimentando un fuerte crecimiento y cuenta hoy con **más de 400 empleados**, de los cuales 100 están ubicados fuera de Francia, divididos entre misiones comerciales, técnicas (ingeniería, construcción, operación), administrativas y financieras.

CVE está construido en torno a 4 valores clave: un **proyecto humano** fuerte, la transparencia, el compromiso con la **transición energética** y la calidad de nuestro trabajo (CVE cuenta con la certificación ISO 9001: 2015/14001: 2015).

CVE España tiene como objetivo concretar un portafolio de a lo menos **200MWp **de proyectos fotovoltaicos en construcción y explotación en los próximos 3 años. Estamos actualmente construyendo una primera cartera de 24MWp de proyectos fotovoltaicos ubicados en Aragón y planeamos iniciar la operación en la segunda mitad de 2024. Contamos a día de hoy con un portafolio en desarrollo de 120MWp y estamos constantemente buscando nuevas oportunidades para crecer nuestro portafolio a través de **adquisición** o desarrollo **“greenfield”**.

Mientras la viabilidad de los proyectos de gran envergadura (utility-scale) está siendo cada vez más cuestionada en España debido a su impacto socioambiental y afectados por vertimientos de energía (curtailment) en la red de transmisión, CVE está enfocado en el desarrollo y la implantación de clusters de proyectos **conectados en distribución**, con una capacidad individual en torno a 5MW. Esos proyectos se ven facilitados respecto a proyectos tipo “**utility scale**” gracias a una mayor aceptabilidad local, un marco reglamentario favorable en términos de autorizaciones medioambientales y a procedimientos de conexión simplificados.

**DESCRIPCION DEL CARGO**

Como Project Manager, serás responsable del **desarrollo **de una parte de la cartera de proyectos fotovoltaicos de CVE en España. En línea con su estrategia de producir energías renovables **descentralizadas**, CVE se dirige al segmento de proyectos solares conectados a la red de distribución con un alto grado de aceptabilidad local y está también interesado.a en el mercado del **autoconsumo.**

Para dicho efecto, tendrás como objetivo principal asegurar el correcto despliegue de las tres siguientes actividades:

- Desarrollar proyectos fotovoltaicos dentro del plazo y del presupuesto previsto;
- Identificar y evaluar proyectos de interés en distintas etapas de desarrollo, tanto para adquisición como desarrollo “greenfield”
- Hacer el seguimiento de los proyectos desarrollados con socios confiables bajo esquemas de **codesarrollo;**

En particular, serás responsable de:

- Buscar e identificar nuevas oportunidades de proyectos a través de contactos directos con desarrolladores, propietarios, intermediarios y entidades públicas;
- Encabezar las gestiones necesarias para la **obtención de las autorizaciones** y permisos requeridos ante los diferentes actores (municipios, distribuidora, comunidad autónoma, etc.);
- Establecer el presupuesto de desarrollo y asegurar la viabilidad económica de los proyectos a cargo;
- **Coordinar **y **supervisar **procesos de **Due Diligence** con nuestros recursos internos y asesores externos.
- Evaluar y calificar los proyectos a cargo de acuerdo con el proceso de validación interna (GO DEV, GO RTB, GO FIN, GO EXE);
- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos internos y los asesores externos para alcanzar los objetivos con los recursos asignados para el desarrollo de los proyectos;
- Supervisar y gestionar el presupuesto, el cronograma y los recursos asignados para cada proyecto;
- **Evaluar **y mitigar los **riesgos** potenciales en el desarrollo de proyectos, tomando medidas preventivas y correctivas según sea necesario;
- Actualizar y perfeccionar las herramientas de reporte, seguimiento y planificación;
- Establecer relaciones de confianza y de largo plazo con los clientes y socios de CVE España;
- Cumplir tu función de acuerdo con los valores fundamentales de la empresa;
