Social Media-Savvy Junior Office Manager
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Junior Office Manager who possesses a strong background in social media. At our coworking center, we highly value collaboration, creativity, and innovation, and we are eager to find someone who shares these principles.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the coworking center.
- Address member inquiries promptly while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate and organize events and meetings.
- Manage various social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) to promote the coworking center and engage with the community.
- Generate and publish compelling content across social media platforms.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members.
**Requirements**:
- Possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Have 1-2 years of experience in office management or social media management.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them in a fast-paced environment.
- Show great attention to detail.
- Intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish.
