**What do we do?** We are a digital transport operator focusing on optimizing long-hauling in Europe. Thanks to our driver relay system that allows multiple drivers to switch between each other, we are improving the standard of trucking.

Our vision is to move the world's road freight in relays to accelerate the electrification agenda and improve drivers' life.

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Sales Development Representative** for our **Madrid HQ**, with an accentuated growth projection: optimize long-hauling in Europe.

As **Sales Development Representative** you will generate sales opportunities and build relationships with potential clients in large-scale industries.

**Specific responsibilities for this role include**:

- Determine the interest level of potential customers and their fit with Trucksters' value proposition through an effective qualification process.
- Work closely with Sales Representatives to coordinate and schedule meetings with qualified prospects, providing the necessary information and assisting in advance preparation to maximize the likelihood of success in the deal.
- Around 4 years of successful experience as an SDR in the B2B realm, ideally within the transportation or SaaS industry.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce for sales development tasks, showcasing your tech-savvy approach to driving results.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey Trucksters' value proposition to potential clients.
- Collaborative spirit, enabling seamless teamwork with other departments to achieve collective success.
- Active listening skills to understand the needs of our clients and provide tailored solutions.
- A deep thirst for knowledge and personal growth, as we value continuous learning within our organization.
- Ambition and a drive to excel, setting and achieving ambitious goals to foster your professional development.
