**Responsibilites**:

- Vendor management and ordering of PC equipment
- Interfacing with 3rd parties for support issue resolution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft 365
- Handling of PC hardware & peripherals (Dell / Lenovo)
- PC imaging and software deployment, MS Intune OOBE
- MDM software expertise - Apple iOS configuration & troubleshooting, MS Intune
- Hybrid Azure Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, and Office 365 administration
- Remote access, VPN & VDI, Global Protect VPN
- Basic networking fundamentals
- Video conferencing (Cisco Video Codec and Zoom)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system (desirable)
- Cisco IP telephony & telephone PBX administration (desirable)

**Must-Haves**:

- Service Desk, IT Support Expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Windows, Intune, MDM
- Flexible mindset
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Ideally multi-lingual (Spanish, English, French); Spanish and English proficiency considered
- Ability to operate as the sole IT Engineer in the Madrid office

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- Experience in voice and networks

**Salary/Day Rate**: €50,000 - €60,000

**Location**: On-site in Madrid; Paris office visits 2x per month
