En Tradebe nuestro equipo humano es uno de los pilares en los que se asienta nuestro modelo de negocio, por ello estamos buscando a un/a **IT Supervisor **que se unirá a nuestras oficinas centrales de Sant Joan Despí.

Queremos incorporar al equipo de IT España una persona con sentido de responsabilidad, experiência en planificación y organización de tareas, capacidad técnica y que se adapte fácilmente a los cambios.

**¿Qué harás?**:

- Gestionar los activos y operaciones de TI en España con foco en:

- Gestión del ciclo de vida de servidores con foco en mantenimiento, supervisión y renovación de estos. Migraciones al Cloud de servidores y backups cuando las condiciones lo permitan. Evaluar alternativas y mejoras a las infraestructuras actuales.
- Evaluación, mejora, supervisión y administración de redes.
- Coordinación y supervisión de operaciones subcontratadas mediante evaluación de SLA, gestión y solución de incidencias y problemas.
- Buscar, desarrollar, mantener y gestionar relaciones efectivas con proveedores actuales y nuevos que mejoren la calidad de los servicios subcontratados.
- Responsable de soporte de tercer nível para incidencias que se produzcan dentro del ámbito de España
- Como responsable de seguridad de España, velar por la seguridad de la información. Alinear la seguridad de la información con los objetivos de negocio e implementar políticas de seguridad definidas a nível Global.
- Responsabilizarse de la definición, planificación, diseño y ejecución de los proyectos de infraestructura de España. La cartera de proyectos se definirá juntamente con los responsables de negocio y la Dirección de la empresa.
- Analizar, mejorar e implementar políticas y procesos de TI en operaciones, gestión de cambios, seguridad y continuidad del negocio.

- Colaborar en la definición e implementación de mejoras estratégicas del departamento IT con foco en sostenibilidad y ciberseguridad (Digitalización de Procesos de la empresa, ISO 27001, Plan de Recuperación de Desastres para IT...).
- Seguimiento periódico con el responsable de TI de España del estado actual de la infraestructura y las comunicaciones para España.
- Seguimiento regular con el Responsable de Tecnología Global sobre el estado actual del programa de seguridad de la información, la infraestructura y las comunicaciones.

**¿Qué buscamos?**:

- Licenciatura informática (Valorable)
- Formación complementaria ITIL
- 5 años de experiência en posición similar.
- Persona con visión estratégica, gestionar el día a día en esa dirección.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Conocimientos técnicos necesarios: Virtualization (VMware, Microsoft), Servers (Windows), Communications (MPLS,VPN...), Monitoring, CMDB management, ITIL Methodology.
- Valorable: Experiência con VOIP, SD-WAN, seguridad.
- Inglés e Italiano valorables.
