Inside Sales Development Representative

The Inside Sales (ISS) organization partners with our global marketing and sales teams to generate a customer pipeline and drive bookings from the inside. Besides pipeline and bookings contribution, in the last few years this team has been counted on as the talent pool for the PTC global sales workforce.
In this role, you will have the opportunity work with the acknowledged leader in the incredibly dynamic AR space. Our current customer base includes a growing number of companies in a range of industries. Many of the world’s largest manufacturing companies are entering this fast-paced AR space to create new revenue streams and offer greater visibility to how their specific products “live” in the real world. The sales team will require the skillset to translate the Augmented Reality value proposition into real-world business value.
**Your impact**:
- Prospect for new customers and sell PTC solutions to New Prospect Accounts focusing on business to business sales and Global Strategic Accounts
- Cross and upselling activities in strategic accounts
- Prospection into whitespace accounts and business units
- Grow pipeline and revenue across PTC’s proven Digital Transformation solutions portfolio
**Day-To-Day**:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for PTC’s AR solution Vuforia in Global Strategic Accounts
- Prospect into whitespace accounts and feel comfortable targeting senior level decision makers positioning the value of digital transformation.
- Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients
Drive the velocity of your opportunities further down the sales cycle and prepare the customer for a meaningful engagement with your dedicated sales rep counterpart and/or broader supporting ecosystem
- Nurture identified opportunities until they are ready to be passed onto sales/partner
Partner with cross functional groups such as Marketing, Field Sales, Virtual Center of Excellence, Renewal Sales, Customer Success, Channel, and Operations/Enablement to identify areas of success and growth
- Challenge yourself to build upon key competencies in preparation for your future career growth at PTC

- Demonstrated Capacity and Strong Willingness to Learn and Develop
- Ability to manage adversity and consult prospects who may not recognize a need or pain yet
**Preferred Experience**:
- +1 years of related experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English and French OR German are **mandatory**
