As the Digital Insights Lead you will guide and implement analysis enabling the company and in particular the digital team to understand better the petcare tgt consumer when it comes to digital journey, how to attribute value to it and how to improve Purina digital experience. Finally you will be the evangelist to leverage the digital environment to fuel and feedback the overall category and consumer insights.

Utilize your skills and help our teams to make fact based and data driven decisions that have far reaching impacts.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE **
- Know your consumer and shoppers deeply
- Collaborate with Purina Europe digital and eCommerce Team
- Create and cultivate a comprehensive end-to-end research toolkit and process to increase and broaden capabilities.
- Explore, deploy, and modify methodologies, including DIY, to take advantage of Purina's digital products and data.
- Utilize your expertise in research methodologies, guidelines and standards to develop, nurture and sustain partnerships with current and prospective research agency partners. Spot and assess the latest cutting-edge trends and tools in the CMI space to gain a competitive advantage and remain at the forefront of the industry. **ARE YOU A FIT?**
- Solid experience driving strategic insights on large scale, multi-market projects, with the ability to explore creative ways work with internal data and your resourcefulness to develop unique solutions, you can shape the future of innovative thinking in your field
- Minimum of 8 years working in the FMCG, major research agencies or large digital/eCom spaces.
- Comprehensive understanding of a diverse array of research methodologies, such as quantitative, qualitative, DIY, AI, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of the research areas, including product research, consumer journey, consumer retention, UX, digital portfolio, marketing mix modelling, and more.
- Tech-savvy professional with familiarity of continuous and syndicated data, digital metrics, and consumer funnels.
- English language is a must, a second European language, a plus.
