**El perfil requerido**:

- Actitud y comportamientos acordes a Bridgestone Essence y HPO.
- Capacidad de resolución de problemas, capacidad de aprendizaje, interacción efectiva.
- Mejora continua a través de herramientas sistema BME.
- Compromiso con seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente.

**Funciones del Puesto**
- Procedimiento de trabajo 1HH812 Laminado de gomas en banbury ns. 5 y Atencion Tubadora Banbury. Control y seguimiento del correcto proceso de laminado y flujo de materiales. Identificación de priorizaciones en máquina.
- Trabajo en equipo con Banburista y Recepcionista.
- Cumplimiento de procedimiento de trabajo siguiendo los estándares de seguridad y calidad.
- Orientación al cliente interno dentro del flujo de preparación de materiales.
- Trabajo, seguimiento y eliminación activa de perdidas según AM Charter.
- Manejo de carretillas y fenwich.
