Valves Assembler & Warehouse Operator
**SUMMARY**:
Is responsible for assurance of high quality level standards of production during manufacturing and final products.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES **include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Preparing job/changeover to do, under the Method Sheet details and the production plan.
Execution of assembly operations and the confirmation of the correctness of performance by the Method Sheet.
Taking steps drying, packaging and others according to Method Sheet.
Conducting pressure tests leakage valves according to Method Sheet.
Conducting brushing, painting products after assembly according to Method Sheet.
Qualitative visual inspection and any other detail sub-assembly according to the Method Sheet and other works documents.
Support the process of repair of the valve according to Method Sheet.
Support the process of transfer of finished products from manufacturing to finished good warehouse.
Use and operation entrusted forklift, jib cranes and cranes.
Receipt of incoming goods
Control of conformity of production with orders in the system.
Delivery of production materials at the designated position in accordance with the production plan.
Reporting of production in accordance with the requirements of the ISO according Method Sheet.
Performing other activities by the Individual Responsibilities Additional Cards.
Releasing the finished product to the finished goods warehouse:

Keeping a clean work position.
Keeping received equipment and tools in a good condition.
Comply with the discipline of work.
Comply with internal Victaulic rules.
Comply with quality rules acc. ISO 9001.
Comply with safety rules.
Realize tasks acc. Lean manufacturing.

**ESULT SCOPE**
Valve assembly with quality according to the Method sheet.
Maintenance of the order, safety and cleanness at the work place.
**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
Practical knowledge regarding the use of hand tools and Power tools.
Practical knowledge regarding the use of Forklift, Jib Cranes and Overhead Cranes.
Ability to work on computer and different programs: spread sheet etc.
Practical knowledge regarding the use of drawings
Practical knowledge regarding the use of methods for checking dimensions.
Practical knowledge regarding the use of quality tools -equipment such as calliper, gauges, etc.
Ability to interpret dimensions results.
Practically knowledge Quality System ISO and Lean Manufacturing.
Minimum education: Secondary technical education, preferably Higher technical education
Minimum experience: 2 years of experience in a valves assembly department, preferably 5 years.
**REQUIRED TRAININGS**
Entitlement to release products to warehouse.
Courses and trainings for Lean and 5S.
Healthy and Safety Training.
