¿Por qué te estamos buscando?
Tu misión será diseñar y dirigir un modelo de gestión de activos clave de Mahou San Miguel a la hora de mejorar la conexión de los consumidores y clientes.
Tu día a día en Mahou San Miguel
- Participar y coordinar la negociación de los contratos de patrocinios de Venues de la empresa, incluyendo todos los aspectos inherentes a dicho contrato: acuerdos comerciales, de imagen, de Hospitality, gestión logística, coordinación con el departamento jurídico, aspectos digitales etc.
- Ser el interlocutor principal entre Mahou San Miguel y el recinto patrocinado, participando en toda la gestión del día a día, y siendo la persona de referencia para la empresa y el venue.
- Coordinar toda la activación de marca realizada en los Venues, participando en su creación, desarrollo, ejecución y análisis posterior, proponiendo nuevas alternativas de activación novedosas e innovadoras.
- Generar un modelo de análisis y control que sirva para poner en marcha un modelo de negocio basado en el aprovechamiento y explotación de nuestros venues.
- Habilitar un modelo de gestión de negocio, participar en su seguimiento, generar KPIs y proponer soluciones correctoras en su caso, en un modelo de mejora continua. En colaboración con el centro de CdG.
- Calendarizar activos.
- Gestionar y actualizar la plataforma en el que se reflejen todos los activos que se van a realizar en cada venue.
- Cualificar activos.
- Definir el valor del activo y del perfil de cliente/ guest al que se le deben ofrecer.
- Coordinar con área comercial y responsables de MSM de control y seguimiento de activos de los venues.
- Coordinar con el departamento de hospitality para la correcta asignación de entradas y activos del venue.
- Coordinar con proveedores.
- Contactar con los distintos proveedores asociados a las experiências de venues: Producción, personal, agencias.
- Desarrollar informes de resultados.
- Definir y gestionar documentos con análisis de objetivos y resultados de las experiências en base a los KPIS establecidos.
- Realizar el seguimiento de capitalización comercial.
- Ser el responsable del control presupuestario.
Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:
¿Qué requisitos debes cumplir? - Grado, Licenciatura o Diplomatura. - Nível B2.2 de inglés. - Mínimo 2 años de experiência demostrada en Activación comercial, gestión de eventos, relaciones comerciales, trato con proveedores y negociación con terceros.
