Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach is seeking an experienced and dynamic Gaming Manager to lead operations at our gaming and bar venue TC's. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of gaming, compliance, and customer service, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Job DescriptionA Career that lets your passion shine: Manage day-to-day operations of the Treasure Cove gaming and bar venue within SofitelEnsure compliance with all gaming and liquor regulationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with local repeat clientele and hotel guestsMonitor and optimize venue performance, including financials and customer experienceOversee food and beverage service to ensure high standardsWork closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and Head Chef to promote bar and dining options in your venue QualificationsWhat you will bring to the role: A strong understanding of gaming and complianceCurrently hold or be willing to obtain RMLV, RSA, RSG, CLO Certificate, Approved Manager's Licence and Gaming Nominee LicenceExperience with Wildcat Gaming System advantageousUnderstanding of P&L statementsFamiliarity with Micros Symphony POS system or similarAbility to lead a team and foster a positive work environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent relationship management Additional InformationThrive in our Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach community: Complimentary meal on shift available via Le CaféEmployee discounts on accommodation, dining, and lifestyle with Accor hotelsDiscounted on-site parkingPaid birthday leavePersonalized reward & recognition and learning & development programsBe part of a luxury 5-star hotel offering 296 hotel rooms and suitesWork in the heart of Broadbeach, with walking distance to beaches, restaurants and shopsBelong in a place where you can be yourself and love what you do.
