Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced project manager to join our Digital Sales strategy team in worldwide sales. This person will play a critical role in managing Digital Sales projects globally that will support Autodesk’s digital transformation. Reporting to Chief of Staff & Sales Excellence WWS, this role will be responsible for representing worldwide sales in cross-functional digital sales projects and have soft skills to communicate, inspire, and foster a collaborative work atmosphere.

The Sales Excellence Project Manager will engage with cross functional teams to build, coordinate and complete project plans in scope and on time. This role will partner with the Program Management Lead to create innovative and sustainable processes that will drive efficiency and scale to our Digital Sales organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the implementation of strategic projects for our digital sales strategy and roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams that include Digital Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, and Digital Experience teams to ensure digital capabilities are integrated into overall framework and processes
- Align with cross-functional teams to develop scope, deliverables, required resources, and timing for new projects and initiatives
- Monitor projects to ensure completion within defined schedule and scope. Prepare and distribute communications, presentations, and updates on the status of the projects to various audiences, including executive management
- Work with other program/project managers to identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities across multiple projects and initiatives
- Coordinate communications across cross-functional teams
- Raise issues and conflicts as they arise; works with Program Management Lead to mitigate conflicts and resolve issues as needed
- Foster open communications, transparency and trust with our Digital Sales Managers and teams

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of applicable project management experience (creation of project plans, collaborating and driving cross-functional teams, etc.)
- Proficient in effectively communicating to a wide range of technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of a company in both written and oral form
- Experience and comfort working with global Sales or Marketing teams, as well as Global Sales Operations
- Empathy for business partners and the drive to help them achieve their goals
- Ability to exercise judgment related to prioritization and risk management while effectively utilizing project management methodology and tools
- Passion for living in the weeds while being focused on the bigger picture strategic goals

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or PMP certification
- Experience with eCommerce and digital sales technologies
